The long-anticipated Netflix House at King of Prussia Mall is almost ready to roll out the red carpet. Just days ahead of its official opening on November 12, 2025, the massive entertainment space is turning heads as construction crews complete final touches on the striking exterior façade.

When visited this week, the 100,000-square-foot venue — located adjacent to the former Lord & Taylor wing of the mall — was buzzing with finishing activity. The red-and-black Netflix logo gleamed across the front, while crews worked on lighting, signage, and final decorative elements that bring the streaming giant’s signature aesthetic to life.

“From the outside, it already feels like stepping into a movie set,” said one onlooker taking photos near the site. “It’s exciting to see something this big coming to King of Prussia.”

A New Kind of Entertainment Destination

Netflix House marks the company’s first permanent, immersive entertainment concept, offering visitors a chance to live inside some of Netflix’s most beloved shows. The King of Prussia location will open simultaneously with another in Dallas, Texas.

Inside, guests will encounter experiences inspired by hit titles like “Wednesday,” “Squid Game,” “Stranger Things,” and “ONE PIECE.” Attractions include:

  • “Wednesday: Eve of Outcast” – A creepy carnival turned upside down by Wednesday Addams herself.
  • “ONE PIECE: Quest for the Devil Fruit” – An adventurous escape game where visitors join pirates in search of a mystical treasure.
  • Netflix Virtuals (VR Zone) – An immersive gaming experience that drops players directly into Netflix universes.
  • Top 9 Mini Golf – A nine-hole mini-golf course, each themed after a popular Netflix show.
  • Tudum Theater – A dine-in screening hall hosting special showings, trivia nights, and celebrity appearances.

Adding to the appeal is Netflix Bites, a casual restaurant featuring dishes and cocktails inspired by fan-favorite characters and series, alongside an exclusive retail store for Netflix merchandise.

Located just outside Philadelphia, the King of Prussia Mall is already one of the largest retail centers in the U.S., and the arrival of Netflix House solidifies its growing reputation as an entertainment destination. Nearby attractions include Topgolf, and this fall, Eataly, the world-famous Italian food marketplace, will also open its doors, making the area a full-day hotspot for dining and leisure.

Montgomery County officials say the new venue will boost tourism and local business. “Netflix House is exactly the kind of experience that draws visitors and families from across the region,” said a county tourism spokesperson. “It’s not just shopping anymore — it’s a full cultural experience.”

Opening November 12

Tickets for Netflix House are already in high demand. Fans can join the Philadelphia-area waitlist through Netflix’s official site ahead of the grand opening.

For now, as workers put the finishing touches on what promises to be one of 2025’s biggest entertainment openings, excitement is clearly building. Standing outside the gleaming red entrance, you can already feel the hum of anticipation and perhaps, just a little Hollywood magic coming to life in the heart of suburban Pennsylvania.
